Michael “Dusty” Field

Founder & CEO

Dusty brings 30 years of executive experience solving business problems and building software solutions across multiple industries. He leads Field Elevate’s business strategy, client discovery, and executive relationships.

His role is to make sure every engagement starts with the real operating problem: where the process breaks down, where people are doing manual work, where systems do not agree, and where better software or AI can create practical business value.

At Field Elevate, Dusty keeps the work focused on outcomes that matter to leadership — clearer visibility, better decisions, fewer bottlenecks, and systems that help the business move faster.

Sagar Prasad

CTO

Sagar leads Field Elevate’s technical architecture, AI orchestration layer, real-time data infrastructure, and evaluation systems. He is responsible for turning AI capabilities into reliable production systems that integrate with business data, respect permissions, and support real operating processes.

Sagar studied Computer Science as an undergraduate and holds a master’s in Mathematics from NC State — a background that pairs systems engineering with the quantitative rigor to reason about data, risk, and uncertainty.

He owns the engineering decisions behind how Field Elevate systems are built, tested, scaled, and monitored after launch. His focus is making sure the technology is not just impressive in a demo, but reliable enough to earn its place in production.

Keira Duffy

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Keira leads Field Elevate’s commercial conversations with companies evaluating AI, automation, and business process improvement. She helps clients clarify fit, timing, scope, and whether a first project has a clear business case.

Keira studied occupational therapy at Alvernia University, where her training focused on understanding people, systems, constraints, and practical outcomes. That background gives her a useful lens for sales: she listens for what is actually slowing a team down before recommending a next step.

At Field Elevate, Keira helps make sure prospective clients are matched with the right opportunity, not pushed into the wrong project.
